Welcome
Hello and welcome to Casa de Tres Lunas, House of Three Moons, a small boutique Inn in the heart of historic downtown Santa Fe, NM. We work diligently to provide our guests a home way from home, while supporting an autonomous and independent travel experience that our guests expect. Please enjoy your stay!
Before you arrive
It is important for you to call us at (505) 989-4444 a week in advance of your stay to confirm your arrival and to obtain check-in instructions. We will provide information on how to locate and enter your room and note any special needs or requests you have during your stay.
Pups
No pets are allowed except for a single cute and sweet, well behaved small-breed dog, in one of two of our dog-friendly rooms: Harvest Moon and Rising Moon. Contact us for approval before you make your reservation. There is a $25 dog cleaning fee. Dogs must be on a leash, and never left unattended in the room or outside. Please clean up after your dog. Guest will be responsible for any pet damage to the room. The city of Santa Fe has many dog services including dog parks and dog sitters and can be readily googled.
Kiddos
Children are allowed if arrangements are made in advance. Contact us for approval before you make your reservation. Consideration is given to available rooms that may be appropriate for families. Children may not be left unattended in the room.
When you arrive
You may go directly to your room. There is no check-in desk. Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check in may be requested in advance. Housekeeping may not always be able to accommodate this request.
Parking
We provide free off-street parking to all guests. We have a small parking lot onsite and signed auxiliary parking spaces across the street. Please use the onsite parking for loading and unloading and use the auxiliary spaces for long-term parking. When we are at capacity, we will provide a parking pass in your room. Please place the parking pass on your vehicle’s dashboard where it is visible. If you have any mobility issues, let us know and we will make sure that there is available and marked parking for you in the on-site parking lot.
During your visit
Here at Casa de Tres Lunas, we take an unobtrusive approach to hosting. We respect your privacy and independence, so our onsite staff will go unnoticed until you need us. Smart phone technology has empowered our on-site staff to be available to help our guests and to service the Inn without being tethered to the traditional "front desk". Although there is a staff member on site working behind the scenes, some of the staff live here. Feel free to call the staff at (505) 989-4444. We are here to assist, to answer questions and to provide basic concierge service. We are quite human and have to sleep too. During late night hours, calls are forwarded to a 24/7 answering service. In case of emergencies or for things that can't wait for the next day, we will be notified by the answering service and will respond shortly.

Our Courtyard
We encourage you to use our courtyard. It is a fabulous place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Sit under the shade trees. Listen to the fountains and the birds. Warm yourself at the fire pit on a chilly night. Prepare dinner on the outdoor grill and stock up on ice for your drinks. Meet your fellow guests and talk to the Casa staff.

Housekeeping and water conservation
Please use mind practices to protect the environment. We live in the desert where water is precious. We promote water conservation - and we follow the city of Santa Fe's water conservation requirements. Your room will be stocked with extra towels and toiletries to last your stay. Place used towels in linen basket. Daily and periodic housekeeping can also be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
Refuse and recycling
Our outside refuse and recycling bins are located next to the coyote fence that borders the south end of the courtyard. Each is marked. The recycling bins are for cans, paper, cardboard, plastic and cartons only. Glass goes in refuse bins. Do not bag recyclables. Smaller refuse and recycle bins are located in your room and are also marked.
Fireplaces
Many of our rooms have fireplaces. We know that nothing adds ambience and charm to your Santa Fe experience like a piñon fire in a kiva fireplace on a cold day. During the cold months, we will set the fireplace and provide wood for your fire. Please be sure to read fully the fireplace operation instructions near the fireplace. Extra wood is available in the inner courtyard. Guests will be responsible for any damage to the room caused by using the fireplace.
Smoking
Smoking of any kind and burning of incense is not allowed in any room. Cigarette smoking only is allowed outside in designated smoking areas. Violators of the policy are subject to a $500 cleaning fee.
After your stay
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be requested in advance. Housekeeping may not always be able to accommodate this request. We want to be your home away from home of choice when you plan your next Santa Fe visit. You will be contacted shortly after your stay by us directly or by the online travel agent you used to book your suite. You will be asked to take a few moments to review us. Please complete the review. We want to know what we are doing well and what we can do better. Our goal is to be your first choice in Santa Fe hotels. We give a 10% discount to return guests. This is offered only by booking directly from Casa de Tres Lunas by going to www.casadetreslunas.com. Online travel agents like Booking.com and Expedia do not have a way to recognize returning guests.
Cancellations
Cancellation Policy: Casa de Tres Lunas, House of Three Moons, is a small boutique Inn where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Advance payment of the entire stay is charged upon reservation when the inventory is blocked from others to reserve. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us no later than 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation so that we have an opportunity to rebook the room.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than two (2) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we may ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. You may also choose to receive a credit for another stay in the future if you prefer. A 45 day cancellation is required on multiple room bookings, whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

For your safety, fraud avoidance, and security, reversals of funds will only be applied to the credit card used to secure your reservation.
